Fantastic company. I ordered chip forks on Tuesday, due to be delivered by PostNL on Thursday. They hadn't arrived, so I called Willem on Thursday afternoon. He took action right away and sent the same order again. And guess what: today, Friday, both parcels arrived. Really incredibly service-oriented and customer-friendly. Thank you so much, Willem 👍
