Ordering & shipping
When is my order shipped?
Order before 15:30 and we’ll ship your order the same working day. If for some reason that’s not possible, we’ll always let you know. All orders are sent with PostNL (or a PostNL partner for international shipments).
What does shipping cost?

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind. Return the unopened packaging. Please note: custom printed products are excluded from returns.
Custom printing
From how many pieces can I have printing done?
Custom printing is possible from just 75 pieces. The personalisation options are endless: a simple logo, a full photo or a call-to-action with a QR code. Read more on the printing page.
What is the delivery time for printed cones?
Expect 5 to 10 working days. In a hurry? Get in touch and we’ll see whether we can put in an extra sprint.
Can the entire cone be printed in full colour?
Yes. The entire outside can be printed in full colour, without limitations: from a two-colour logo to a full photo.
Do you help with the design?
Certainly. Our designers are happy to help, and if you wish we’ll make a proof or a hand model so you can visualise the end result. All at no extra cost.
Product, sizes & paper
What sizes are available?
We make cones from PC 10 (XXXS) to PC 26 (XXL). The most popular sizes are PC 17 (S) and PC 19 (M). The size is determined by measuring the opening in cm: see the size page.
What paper are the cones made from?
From extra thick, 90-gram greaseproof paper, so no grease stains come through and your chips stay hot and crispy for longer. The glued seam is based on potato starch: food-safe and odourless. More about our paper.
Are the chip cones sustainable?
Yes. Our cones are 100% biodegradable, made from FSC-certified paper and OK Compost HOME certified: you can simply put them in with your food waste.
Payment
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely with iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal and via a traditional bank transfer.
How does paying by bank transfer work?
Please note that a bank transfer takes a few days to process; we only process your order once the payment has been received. Always quote your order number with the payment, and only pay after you have placed the order.
